Before we even get to maintenance, it’s important to note: your tipi’s platform matters. A well-built, level platform with good drainage will go a long way toward protecting your tipi canvas and keeping moisture at bay. Avoid placing your tipi directly on the ground, which can cause the bottom edges to wick moisture and wear faster.
