Photo Release Agreement (01/01/2024)

I (the photographer), hereby grant permission to the Secret Creek Group, LLC to reproduce any portion of the photo images submitted to the Secret Creek Photo Contest that have been taken by me for the purpose of SELF USE and SELF PROMOTION publications. These publications can include but not limited to, books, magazine advertisements, cards, calendars, invitations, photo prints, social media posts, digital ads, website use, or any other marketing use without any more compensation or recognition given to me. Furthermore, I grant creative permission to alter the photograph(s). Secret Creek will not resale or use the photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation toward me, my company, and associates.

I understand that royalties or payment will not be received for photographs submitted to this contest. By checking the content box on the “Photo Entry Form”, you are giving consent for full photo use and you have fully read and understood this photo release agreement.
